Patient Feedback

Patient feedback is extremely important to St Peter’s and this helps us to maintain and strive in improving our services to you. We will be holding a patient group meeting in the near future to hear your views about our Friends and Family results and the national Patient Survey. An SMS invite will be sent to you shortly. Please don’t forget you can give feedback through our website www.stpetersmedicalcentre.co.uk or by responding to Friends and Family questions, either after your appointment or through the website.

We will be reviewing our results and forming an action plan of improvements.  Already we have introduced our new triage system and hope that this is already making a different to patients trying to access us via the phone.  We are gathering a lot of data and statistics and will keep you updated.

We are aware that we have a very low uptake of returned surveys and it is disappointing that we only have the views of 121 patients.  We are, as ever, delighted with our continued great Friends & Family results.  Thank you for the great feedback, which the team is so grateful for and is so motivational to them whether they are clinicians or administrative staff.

Friends and Family - August 2024

We are currently carrying out a survey for all clinicians at the practice, either by paper if you have recently attended or by a link that will be messaged to you after your appointment. Thank you so much for taking the time to let us hear about your experiences, be they good or bad.
