Calm Crafts Club

What is it?

Calm Crafts Club is a free 1 hour drop-in art workshop for patients of East & Central Brighton GP Surgeries. It is held every Monday 11:30am-12:30pm at Onca Gallery, Brighton. Each week we explore a new creative activity - they are always beginner friendly and designed to be calming and meditative. Having a creative outlet is really important for our wellbeing and can support us in being kinder to ourselves and others. If you're interested in finding out more information on what the next workshop will be you can stay updated by following us on instagram @calmcrafts.club

We usually focus on mark-making and pattern making using a different medium each week such as collage, clay, paints, pens and other fun arts and crafts supplies.

Who is it for?

This workshop is for anyone living with anxiety and/or depression who is registered with one of the following surgeries:

St Peter’s, Park Crescent, Ardingly, Pavilion, Regency, Arch, Wellsbourne, Broadway, Woodingdean
